How are servings sizes calculated?
CarbsControl, CalorieSmart and Track3 offer the ability to specify serving sizes for food items. Most food items are specified in typical serving sizes (example: 3 oz for steaks). In addition, you can change the servings to be in grams, ounces, cup, tbsp, tsp, etc depending on the food item. When you change the serving size, the new nutritional values are calculated and shown. You can then save the food item as a favorite and the unit will remember the serving sizes that you specified.
